The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

An antique, vintage map, from the year 1900, of an aerial view over the borough of Mount Pleasant, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. This detailed map from the public domain was drawn by T.M. Fowler and published by T.M.Fowler & James B.Moyer. This reproduction image, which also includes a list of buildings of note, has been restored and converted to black and white.
